Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) stopped by Fox News to discuss a new study from Johns Hopkins University that found lockdowns had little-to-no effect in reducing COVID mortality rates. In fact, the researchers found that they actually had many negative effects on mental health, the economy, and more.
