‘INTELLIGENCE FAILURE’: Synagogue Terrorist Slipped Through Cracks, Trump Jr. Blasts FBI

The nearly 12-hour Texas synagogue standoff between law enforcement and terrorist Malik Faisal Akram has intelligence agencies on both sides of the pond investigating how this man could have been admitted into the U.S.. For now, authorities are calling it an “intelligence failure.”

“As police in the US and UK scramble to discover if he was part of a wider terror cell, it has emerged that Malik Faisal Akram, 44, from Blackburn, Lancashire, was branded a ‘menace’ for raving about the attack on the World Trade Centre in 2001,” the Daily Mail reports.

Akram flew to New York City from the UK on January 22, despite being known to MI5.
