'THEY'RE WRONG!': Trump Pushes Back on Iran’s Nuclear Inspection Denial [WATCH]

The Trump administration is pushing back on Iranian claims that no nuclear inspections are currently planned, insisting Tehran has already agreed to allow international monitors access to the remains of its nuclear program.

A U.S. official told Fox News on Tuesday that Iran has accepted what the administration described as “robust” inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), despite public statements from Iran’s foreign ministry suggesting otherwise.

“As President Trump and Vice President Vance have made clear, the Iranians have agreed to robust IAEA inspections of the remains of their nuclear weapons program, which was totally obliterated by Operation Midnight Hammer and Operation Epic Fury,” the official told Fox News chief foreign correspondent Trey Yingst.

The official suggested Tehran’s public messaging was aimed at a domestic audience rather than reflecting the substance of ongoing negotiations.

“The Iranian regime will say what they have to say for their domestic audience, but the fact remains that we’ve reached a major milestone toward permanently ending Iran’s nuclear program,” the official added.

President Trump also directly rejected Tehran’s assertion that inspections are not moving forward under the agreement.

“They’re wrong. They know they’re wrong… and if they were right, I’d cancel the meetings right now,” Trump said Tuesday when asked about Iran’s claim.

The president said IAEA inspectors will be permitted into the country under the terms of the agreement and indicated their deployment is simply a matter of timing.

“They’ll be on the ground at the appropriate time,” Trump said.

Hannity’s Highlights

A U.S. official says Iran has agreed to “robust” IAEA inspections — the administration is framing the commitment as a concrete win from ongoing negotiations.

Trump says Tehran’s public denials are false — directly contradicting Iran’s own statements about the state of the inspection agreement.

Trump vowed inspectors “will be on the ground at the appropriate time” — insisting the deal is real even without a confirmed timeline.

Iran’s foreign ministry claims no inspection visits have been scheduled — leaving a clear gap between what Washington and Tehran are telling the public.

The comments came after Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said Tuesday that no visits have yet been scheduled for inspectors from the United Nations nuclear watchdog.

According to The Associated Press, Baghaei said there are currently no plans for the IAEA to inspect Iranian nuclear facilities that were damaged during U.S. military strikes last year.

The conflicting statements highlight the continuing gap between Washington and Tehran over how the terms of recent nuclear understandings are being presented publicly.
