posted by Hannity Staff - 5.04.21

Social media giant Facebook’s Oversight Board confirmed Monday the group will re-assess Donald Trump’s removal from the platform on May 5th; meaning the 45th President of the United States could re-activate his accounts by the end of the week.

“The Oversight Board will announce its decision on the case concerning former US President Trump on its website at https://oversightboard.com/news on May 5, 2021 at approximately 9:00 a.m. EDT,” posted the Oversight Board on Twitter.

Social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, and others stripped the President of his online presence in January over his alleged role in jeopardizing the peaceful transfer of power following the 2020 General Election.

'DOUBLE STANDARD': Trump Says Governor Whitmer ‘Doesn’t Let People Even Breath in Michigan’

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.28.20

President Trump ripped Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer on social media Thursday morning; saying the Democrat “doesn’t let people even breath” during her state’s ongoing Coronavirus lockdown.

“Yet she doesn’t let people even breath in Michigan. A very bad double standard!” posted Trump on Twitter.

Whitmer told reporters Wednesday that her husband traveled to their second home in the northern part of the state to “rake leaves” and “came right back home after.”

“When you opened regions six and eight, you advised people not to rush up and overwhelm the area… There were some reports that you did spend some time up north, is that true?” asked one reporter.

“My husband did go up to our place to rake some leaves and came home. He was there briefly for a night and came right back home after he raked our leaves!” said the Governor.

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.26.18

A Manhattan judge ruled this week that bar and restaurant owners could ban patrons from wearing ‘Make America Great Again’ caps and other Trump-supporting apparel; suggesting there’s little protection from “political discrimination” in the nation’s largest city.

According to the New York Post, the judge struck down a tourist’s lawsuit against a West Village bar after he was ejected for wearing the iconic ‘MAGA’ hat; adding freedom of religion does not protect one’s freedoms regarding political statements.

“He was paying spiritual tribute to the victims of 9/11. The Make American Great Again hat was part of his spiritual belief,” said the man’s lawyer. “Rather than remove his hat, instead he held true to his spiritual belief and was forced from the bar.”

“Plaintiff does not state any faith-based principle to which the hat relates,” fired-back the judge.

“Here the claim that plaintiff was not served and eventually escorted out of the bar because of his perceived support for President Trump is not outrageous conduct,” the ruling states.
